This family friendly garden leads from a stunning new architectural extension to the lower ground floor of a beautifully restored period property in the North Islington conservation area.
A contemporary porcelain patio extends the heart of the home to the great outdoors. Above, a new integral green roof is planted with wildflower perennials and gently swaying grasses, providing a living vista through which to view the garden from the upper floors.
The patio allows ample space for outdoor entertaining and dining with family and friends. Six steps of reclaimed Yorkstone and London stock bricks rise through tiered planters to the lawn level, marrying the scheme to the property and surrounding architecture.
We’ve planted mature trees and established shrubs to create longevity and structure that compliments the colourful flowering perennials as they change throughout the seasons.
